Everything is pretty much packed. Car is still here. Almost sold it, but the bank is still listed on the registration, I didn't realize it was still there until last month. I can't find my title & to get it replaced (or change the registration) it takes 2 weeks. Not sure what I'm going to do, I need the money from selling the car so I can get one in Florida. I guess
something had to go wrong...everything had been going too smoothly. Too perfect.
Most of my boxes are gone. The furniture is still here. Pretty much, I'm done! There are just a few last things,mostly going into the trash. And multiple trips to the dumpster.
Yesterday I started feeling kinda strange...I'm pretty sure it's a combination of excitement & nervousness. Stomach is all squirrely and I've had a killer headache since the car sale fell through. Was awake at 4am today, stayed in bed until 5am trying to get back to sleep but finally gave up & decided to take some pictures of my bedroom and write this new blog post since it had been a few days.
Today mom and I are going to drive up to Julian, we may or may stop there, but I want to do one more mountain drive since there are NO mountains in Florida LOL but now I'm going to try and take a nap. Napping at 6am? Crazy!
Don't worry you will be just a day's drive from me and we live in the Smoky Mountains!! ;)

furniture is going into storage at the warehouse my father has for work, along with the boxes of stuff that i'm not taking with me.
ReplyDeletethe Julian trip was good. the sky was clear from the afternoon rain they got the day before, and then there were giant puffy clouds...perfect day!
